Frequently asked Questions about Mass attendance during COVID 19
Do people need to be vaccinated to attend Mass?
No. Everyone is welcome to attend a Mass or liturgy regardless of their vaccination status. Places of Worship are not subject to vaccination restrictions. This remains the same once the borders open.
What are the occupancy requirements for Christmas Masses?
At this time, the occupancy for Christmas Masses remains the same as current occupancy restrictions for places of worship. This means we can still currently have 1 person per 2sqm in our churches.
Do I need to register to attend Christmas Mass?
At this time, you don’t need to register to attend Christmas Mass. However, we do suggest you arrive early so you can get a park and will be able to join us (in case the Mass you choose reaches its maximum capacity (see above).
